As a child, I gravitated toward craft supplies over toys, obsessively re-read my mom’s cookbooks until the pages fell apart, and found joy in creating something extraordinary out of the ordinary. In 2007, I discovered cake decorating—a medium that allowed me to combine all my creative passions into one edible, awe-inspiring art form. Since then, I’ve been crafting mind-bending cakes that challenge the boundaries of what dessert can be.

My work has been featured in Elle Canada, Toronto Life, and NBC Asian America, and I’ve earned international recognition, including award nominations and a spot as a cast member on Netflix’s hit show Is It Cake? — TWICE!
